• Oldcastle Festival

This was a very good day. Lots of people and children turned up. The whether stayed good and everyone enjoyed themselves. The teddy bear picnic and story telling under the tree and the other various events throughout the day was a big hit.

I am now I full active member in the meath arts group. The association has a varied of members, from painters, sculptors, potters, photographers among other visual artists who wish to share and explore the opportunities of developing their art. I had such a big and warm welcome when I first arrived. The purpose of the meath arts group is to organize, promote, encourage, assist and develop the interests of visual artists in Meath. If anyone else is interested I would definitly advise you to take a look at their website. They really get you interacting with everything thats going on in your area.  www.meathartsgroup.com

My art exhibition so far has been a great success which was held in MountNugent, Cavan. I’v worked really hard advertising it and setting everything up. But I’ve had help. I had asked two of my artist friends to join me, Justyna Domaradzka and Paulina Warzocha from Poland who specalized in acrylic paintings. Here are some photographes on the event:

It looks great, painted and all well designed. It’s great to have a big, open space to sit down and paint in.
